How to Place an Order

You can place your order by giving it to our sales representative, calling customer service, or by faxing, mailing, or emailing it to our Raleigh office.

Prepaid Freight Deliveries

To qualify, orders delivered must total $150. Customer shipments on our trucks that do not meet this requirement and all drop shipments will be charged a $10 delivery fee.

Fed Ex or UPS Ground Shipments

All Fed Ex or UPS ground shipments will be charged applicable and handling charges.

Order Cut-off Time

Any intent to order must be received by 4:30 pm for next-day delivery.

Special Orders

Special orders will be combined with stock orders to qualify for prepaid shipment when possible; however, Fed Ex or UPS ground charges will be added to ensure prompt delivery.
